Policies

Tina Vora Salon & Spa prides itself on its expertise in customer care and service. Because of this we uphold a few policies to ensure the ultimate salon experience for our clients and responsibility and care for our stylists and skin care therapists.

CANCELLATIONS

Tina Vora Salon & Spa requires a 24 hours notice for any cancellation/rescheduling of an appointment. Please ensure to call during business hours the day before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel/reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

NO SHOW

Tina Vora Salon & Spa will charge 100% of the reserved service amount in case of a “NO SHOW“.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please be courteous to your Stylist/Therapist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service to fit in the remaining time left. In such cases, you may still be charged for the originally scheduled services.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time for check-in and preparation.

 

SERVICES/PACKAGE REFUNDS

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.

REFUND POLICY 

All Salon or Spa services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge if notified within 48 hours.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Tina Vora Salon & Spa stands behind all of our products. Should you feel dissatisfaction with any of these products, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned products purchased at Tina Vora Salon & Spa to another product of your choice if returned within 7 days from date of purchase.

CREDIT CARD

Tina Vora Salon & Spa requires a credit card to be on file for all new clients in support of our cancelation policy.  The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to give 24 hours notice or fail to show up at the time of appointment.  You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment of any charges you will be receiving.

UNATTENDED CHILDREN

Tina Vora Salon & Spa has luxury facial rooms to host our skin care clients. In order to ensure these clients relaxation, we request that no unattended children under the age of 12 be allowed in the salon.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Tina Vora Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITIES

Tina Vora Salon & Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, salon gift card and cash for services.

If you were happy with the services you received, it is customary to provide your stylist or spa therapist with a 20% – 30% gratuity. Gratuities are not included in service price and are only accepted in check or cash form. All prices are subject to change without notice.

ALCOHOL

Tina Vora Salon & Spa provides an array of refreshments including wine, sodas, and snacks during your visit. We ask that no outside alcohol be brought into the salon and none taken outside the salon at any time.

SANITATION & PPE FEES

Each area, room, linens, tools, stations and equipment will be disinfected between each guest and new capes or robes will be used for each guest. COVID-19 Infection control and prevention have led to increased Salon & Spa sanitation and personal protective equipment (PPE) costs. Hence, there will be an additional 2% PPE Fees charged on the invoice value. Thank you for your understanding.
